These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the web application Geburtstagspilot, operated by WAMOCON GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 79 - 81, 65760 Eschborn.

Geburtstagspilot is an online tool for planning children's birthday parties. The service generates personalized party plans based on user input. The free plan includes up to 3 plans, the Pro plan offers extended features.

Using the free service requires registration with an email address. The generated content (game instructions, recipes) serves as suggestions and does not replace parental supervision.

The provider grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of the contract. The user may only use the platform for personal purposes.

The user shall keep access credentials confidential and protect them from third-party access. The user shall ensure that use of the platform complies with applicable law.

WAMOCON GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy of generated quantities, recipes, or game instructions. All activities are carried out at your own risk. The provider is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the GDPR.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of a calendar month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Eschborn.
